2. Use of Services

• Users must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license (for self-drive options)
• Account registration may be required for certain services
• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• Accurate and complete information must be provided during booking

3. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Use vehicles for illegal activities or racing
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresentation
• Resell services without written authorization
• Damage or misuse vehicles or property

4. Reservations and Payments

• Booking: Reservations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for standard services. Event services require 2 weeks advance notice.
• Payment: Full payment or deposit required at time of booking. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate accounts.
• Cancellation: Cancellations made 48+ hours before service receive full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur 50% fee.
• Changes: Modifications to reservations subject to availability and may incur fees.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content remains the property of crownmotorse.info
• Limited license granted for personal, non-commercial use
• No reproduction without written permission
• Trademark and copyright notices must be preserved

6. Vehicle Use and Responsibilities

• Condition: Vehicles provided in pristine condition and must be returned in same state
• Insurance: Comprehensive coverage provided. Users responsible for excess/deductible
• Traffic Violations: Users responsible for all fines and penalties incurred
• Prohibited: Smoking, pets (without prior approval), off-road use

8. Dispute Resolution

• Informal Resolution: Initial 30-day period for good-faith negotiations
• Mediation: Second step if informal resolution unsuccessful
• Arbitration: Binding arbitration if other methods fail
• Jurisdiction: Singapore law applies. Disputes resolved in Singapore courts

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement:

• With 30 days written notice for ongoing arrangements
• Immediately for material breach of terms
• For violation of prohibited uses

Upon termination: Access to services will be discontinued, outstanding payments remain due, certain provisions survive termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

11. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the complete agreement between parties
• Severability: Invalid provisions don't affect remainder of Terms
• Waiver: No waiver unless in writing
• Assignment: Requires written consent from crownmotorse.info
• Notices: Sent to registered email addresses on file
